The Rack System is the pinnacle of Ji2's high-end Test and Wipe/Erase/Sanitize product line. It is currently used by several of the world's largest hard drive Recycling and Asset Management companies because of its fast, efficient and thorough processing capabilities. Independent port control and a simple interface allow for superior HDD output for every application. Dedicated hardware for each channel/port guarantees maximum output and efficient operating cost. The Rack System is the world's only available product that combines an extremely simple interface and complex engineering-level functionality into a single product.

Hard Drive Test:
No other hard drive tester on the market can achieve the same level of physical and logical hard drive analysis. All Rack System functions are script-based to allow for precise customization depending on the customer's needs. One free custom script is included with each Rack System purchases, along with several standard scripts. A scripting manual is also provided to allow operators to code their own operations.

Hard Drive Wipe/Erase/Sanitize:
To recertify and recycle hard drives, the Rack System can erase and sanitize the disks using various techniques and overwrite patterns, including DoD, NSA, Low Level Format, and any custom wipe pattern.

Bad Sector Remap:
The Rack System repairs bad sectors and logical errors by automatically remapping them whenever possible. For sectors that cannot be reassigned, the Rack System offers HDD Clip (HPA) functionality to block-out the bad sectors by reducing HDD capacity. Ask for details.
