1) THE SUPPORTED HDD MODEL LIST IS NOT 100% ACCURATE due to unannounced hard drive firmware revisions by manufacturers. in some cases, 2 hard drives with identical model numbers may have different outcomes with the Shinobi ( 1 will instantly unlock while the other will not. )
2) SMS Members are eligible for data recovery service through Ji2 International Inc. for most HDD models that are not supported by Shinobifs automatic unlock function. Data recovery service rates are quoted on a per-case basis. Please contact Ji2 Inc. for details at info@ji2.com
